Prayer of the Christian Soldier 

All Praise and Glory to the Lord Almighty, my God. Though I was a lowly sinner dying in my own wretched filth, You Great God sent Your Son, He who was pure and without blemish to suffer great pain and shame to bare the great weight of all sin in death on the cross. Then O’ Powerful One you raised His Holy Body from death, raised Him with Your Mighty Hand on the 3^rd Day and restored Him Alive! Brought Him to your Mighty Throne and set Him at Your right hand to rule and judge all things and all men great and small by Your Glory. Also in Your Great Mercy and Kindness did you release to us Your Blessed Holy Spirit, who bares us Gifts of Tongues, Healing, Prophecy and more to those who are Faithful and believe in Your Great Power, and so Great God of Jerusalem I will stand firm with the Belt of Truth buckled around my waist and the Breast Plate of Righteousness firmly in place. My feet fitted with the Readiness of the Gospel of Peace, and take up my Shield of Faith in Your Great Power so to repel the flaming arrows of the evil one, put on the Helmet of Salvation and swing the Sword of the Spirit with all my strength. Though I know one day death will touch me, my flesh will rot and my bones will return to the dust of the earth I will not fear. For the Belief in my heart that You raised Your Son from death makes me righteous in Your sight and confession to the world JESUS IS LORD will allow Him to Claim me to be His servant before You which means that my soul will bask in the Glory of The King of Kings and the Lord of Lords - Forever.
